Pricing questions answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get access to the full platform so you can run a proper evaluation.
What counts as an "outlet"?
An outlet is a physical location or branch with its own POS, stock, and reporting. A restaurant with one main branch and one takeaway counter counts as two outlets.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
No hidden fees. Onboarding is included in your subscription. Enterprise clients get a dedicated CSM and structured rollout at no extra cost.
Can I pay annually to save?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free (17% saving). Invoices can be raised in KES, UGX, TZS, or USD depending on your location.
What happens if my business grows beyond my plan?
You can upgrade any time from your account settings. There is no penalty for upgrading mid-cycle — we pro-rate the difference.
Is the pricing in USD or KES?
Kenya-based clients are billed in KES. Clients in Uganda, Tanzania, and other markets can be billed in local currency or USD — your choice.
